Kiliga
This is Lakiligan, where there's almost always some sort of event or party for the deity of excitement, Lakiliganpati. The environment is always changing every so often, either once a week, once a month, or even once a day, always trying to keep things new and exciting. Really the only thing that doesn't always change is the vivid color scheme of rainbow and the many gems that are always somehow part of the architecture.
